# Team and roles

> Invite teammates and control who manages shared assets.

Knowledge, playbooks, and products are shared across your workspace, so roles decide who can change them and who uses them. Everything is scoped to your company and never visible outside it.

## Roles

| Role       | What they can do                                                                                                                          |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Owner**  | Everything an admin can, plus changing roles, managing the plan and billing, and deleting the workspace. One per workspace.               |
| **Admin**  | Manage the knowledge base, battle cards, playbooks, products, connectors, and members, and set org settings including the consent policy. |
| **Member** | Run the copilot on calls, see their own calls and analytics, and use search. Shared assets are read-only.                                 |
| **Viewer** | Read-only access, for someone who follows analytics but does not run calls.                                                               |

Most of your team will be Members. Shared assets stay admin-owned so approved answers and the coverage criteria reps are measured against stay consistent.

## Invite teammates

    Send the email invite, or copy the invite link and share it yourself.

Admins can change roles, remove members, and revoke pending invites from the same page. Only the owner can grant owner access or delete the workspace.
