Caspr is a desktop copilot for sales teams. It listens to a rep's calls, answers prospect questions from your own knowledge base in real time, and turns every call into notes, analysis, and coaching. ## How it works | Phase | What Caspr does | | ------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **During the call** | Transcribes the call on the rep's computer and puts grounded answers in front of them: on demand with Cmd+Shift+Enter, or automatically when it detects a prospect question. Only the rep sees it. | | **After the call** | Writes notes with action items, classifies how every prospect question was handled, and flags the questions your knowledge base could not answer. | | **Over time** | Closing those gaps and coaching to the analysis makes the copilot cover more of every next call. | ## Start here From install to your first analyzed call.
