# Microsoft Teams

> Coaching and knowledge gaps, delivered in Teams.

Connect Microsoft Teams and every analyzed call delivers two things where your team already works.

## Coaching, to the rep

The rep gets a direct message summarizing how they handled the call and where to sharpen. It is visible only to them, and each rep can turn their own coaching messages on or off from the integration page.

## Knowledge gaps, to a channel

Questions the knowledge base could not answer post to a channel you choose. From the message, anyone on the team can:

* **Propose an answer** to the open question
* **Approve and save** it to the knowledge base as a [battle card](/battle-cards/overview)
* **Dismiss** it if it is not worth keeping

An approved answer is live for the whole team on the next call, without anyone leaving Teams.
