# Call analysis

> Every prospect question, classified by how it was handled.

After each call, Caspr finds every question the prospect asked and classifies how the rep handled it:

| Classification    | Meaning                                                            |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Correct**       | Answered accurately, backed by your knowledge.                     |
| **Incorrect**     | The answer does not match your knowledge.                          |
| **Knowledge gap** | Your knowledge base had no good answer, so nobody could give one.  |
| **Deferred**      | The rep said they would get back to them.                          |
| **Unguarded**     | A substantive answer with nothing in the knowledge base behind it. |

Each event links back to the transcript, so you can see the question, the answer given, and what the knowledge base had available.

Across calls, these roll up into the accuracy numbers in [analytics](/admin/analytics). The knowledge-gap events feed the [knowledge gaps](/battle-cards/knowledge-gaps) loop, which is where the most useful follow-up work lives.
