# Call notes

> The written record of the call, ready when it ends.

Every analyzed call produces notes: a summary grouped by topic, with action items, owners, and due dates pulled from what was actually said.

Notes are ready the moment the call ends, on the session under **Sessions**. Use them for the follow-up email, the CRM update, or the handoff, without re-listening to the call.
