# Playbook coverage

> How the call tracked your framework, item by item.

Every call is scored against the [playbook](/playbooks/overview) it ran. On the session, you can see which items were covered, which were missed, and how the call scored overall, using the playbook exactly as it stood when the call happened.

One call tells you about that call. The pattern across calls tells you about the motion: team-wide adherence and the items that consistently get skipped live in [analytics](/admin/analytics), and [adherence](/playbooks/adherence) covers how to act on them.
