Capture

Caspr captures the meeting audio and the rep’s microphone on the rep’s own computer and transcribes in real time. Nothing joins the meeting, and nothing is visible or audible to the prospect. Capture starts with the call by default, with two controls to require consent first:
  • Org policy. An admin can require consent before any call in the workspace records.
  • Personal setting. A rep can require it for their own calls.
A rep’s setting can make consent stricter than the org policy, never looser. When consent is required, the overlay holds until the rep confirms, and the confirmation is recorded.
Consent rules vary by region and by who is on the call. Caspr provides the controls; configuring them for the rules where you and your prospects operate is your responsibility.

Stealth mode

The overlay is hidden from screen shares, recordings, and screenshots by default. Toggle it with Cmd+Shift+S on Mac or Ctrl+Shift+S on Windows.

Data boundaries

Your knowledge base and call data are scoped to your company and never visible to another. Members see their own calls; admins see the team’s.

In-meeting notetaker

Some compliance regimes require a visible recording participant. For those deployments, Caspr can join the call as a notetaker instead of capturing locally. Arranged per deployment; contact us.
