If your material already lives in Google Drive, Notion, Outline, or another supported source, connect it from Settings instead of uploading by hand. The connector indexes it and keeps the knowledge base in sync as the source changes. Point a connector at the folders that hold clean sales material rather than a whole drive: you control exactly what the copilot can quote, and indexing stays fast. A connected source is tied to the account of the person who connects it. At creation you choose whether its content is searchable by your whole team or only by you - team-shared is the right default for shared sales material. Team-critical answers can also be captured as battle cards or uploaded directly as documents. Keep material in Claude Projects? Import it from Claude’s data export - a one-time import rather than a live sync.
