New invites default to Writer. Pick Member for reps who should use the copilot without changing what the team sees, and keep content curation with your writers and admins so approved answers and the coverage criteria reps are measured against stay consistent.

Add people

In Settings, enter one or more email addresses.

Choose roles

Pick a role per person. Writer for people who maintain content, Member for reps who only run calls.

Send

Send the email invite, or copy the invite link and share it yourself.
Admins can change roles, remove members, and revoke pending invites from the same page. Only the owner can grant owner access or delete the workspace.
