Coaching, to the rep

The rep gets a direct message summarizing how they handled the call and where to sharpen. It is visible only to them, and each rep can turn their own coaching messages on or off from the integration page.

Knowledge gaps, to a channel

Questions the knowledge base could not answer post to a channel you choose. From the message, anyone on the team can:
  • Propose an answer to the open question
  • Approve and save it to the knowledge base as a battle card
  • Dismiss it if it is not worth keeping
An approved answer is live for the whole team on the next call, without anyone leaving Teams.

Authorize

In Settings → Integrations, choose Microsoft Teams and approve the connection.

Choose where knowledge gaps post. Coaching always goes directly to the rep.
