Caspr drafts battle cards on its own and holds them in the Recommended tab under Knowledge → Battle Cards. Nothing goes live until someone approves it. Drafts come from three places:
  • Signup. If you keep web research on during signup, Caspr researches your company and drafts a starter set.
  • Your calls. Questions your team had to handle without backup come back as suggested cards.
  • Create with AI. Cards you ask for land here too, so there is one review queue.
For each draft: approve it to put it live, edit it first if it is close but not right, or dismiss it. With Slack or Teams connected, open questions also post to a channel, and an answer approved there is saved as a card without anyone opening the dashboard.
