The Notion connector indexes pages and databases from your workspace and keeps them in sync as they change.

Connect

  1. Go to Settings → Connectors → Add Connector and pick Notion.
  2. Click Authorize with Notion. Notion asks which pages to share - only the pages you select there are ever visible to the connector.
If your workspace uses an internal Notion integration instead, you can paste its integration token manually; remember to share the relevant pages with that integration inside Notion, or the connector will see nothing.

Choose what to index

By default everything you shared during authorization is indexed. To narrow further, set a Root Page ID - only that page and its children are indexed. The page ID is the long identifier at the end of the page’s URL.
A dedicated “Sales wiki” root page makes the ideal target: everything under it stays fair game for the copilot, and the rest of your workspace stays out.

Sharing

At creation you choose whether the indexed content is searchable by your whole team or only by you.
